3. Click on the Pricelist link (USA $ Pricelist if you want the products to be shipped to the USA, or Canada FREE, and to the rest of the World at cost, outside the UK) , or on the UK Sterling Pricelist (if you are ordering from the UK. All UK orders should be placed via CIMware Ltd. UK: address).

How to pay for you order... you have the following payment options:

1. Pay by Credit Card (we accept Discover, Visa, and MasterCard), or
2. Send an official order (e.g. a formal University order, or company order with an order number, date, address, items...) by Fax to USA (201) 493 0522 (pls. use readable capital letters), or by email to cimware@mac.com, or by snail mail to our address.

If you pay by credit card... following the international merchant banking rules we need the information listed below. (All data will be kept confidential!)

• Email this information to us to cimware@mac.com by copying and then pasting the list below into the email, or
• Fax it to us USA (201) 493 0522, or
• Call us on the phone at USA (201) 493 0521, business hrs. 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 10 pm ET, or
• Send it by snail mail to our address.

For Credit Card processing, we'll need the cardholder's:

1. Full name (exactly as printed on the card):
2. CC Type (Discover, or, Master, or Visa; sorry we cannot process any other type):
3. CC Number (all 16 digits):
4. Expiration date (MM/YYYY):
5. Three digit (sometimes 4) Card Identification Number (CID) to be found typically on the back of the card, printed by the bank, next to your signature:
6. Contact email address, or phone number, or Fax number (in case we need to get back to you):
7. Billing Address, incl.: Street Number, Street Name, Town, Zip, [Country; if other than USA]
8. Shipping Address (if different from the Billing Address); sorry must be a street address; cannot be a P.O.Box:
9. Itemized list of products you wish to purchase (just copy and paste exactly as listed in the USA $ Pricelist; All UK orders should be placed via CIMware Ltd. UK: address)
10. Total Amount in USA Dollars to be debited from the card (Including shipping costs, if outside the USA and Canada; see below): $
11. [Your signature] (if you decide to fax this back to us):
12. Receipt [yes / no] (Please let us know if you need a formal, itemized receipt)

Outside the USA and Canada we ship by Registered, Insured AIR mail. To cover S&H (shipping and handling) costs please add US $19.50 for the first item, and then US $9.00 for every subsequent item you have ordered.
