The over 500 interactive screens include 6 major topic areas, including Physical Examination, Diagnostic Testing, Lumbar Spine Anatomy, Differential Diagnosis, 18 and 40 year Old Male Cases, and a Glossary of Terms, in the equivalent of 130 pages of (optionally printable) text, over 500 original images, over 50 interactive digital videos, slide shows and interactive 3D Virtual Reality objects, covering an inside and outside virtual 3D body tour with explanation in the low back region.

This publication includes an award winning assessment solution by Professor Ranky (ASEE, American Society of Engineering Educators); a spreadsheet -based interactive 3D multimedia assessment method and implemented tool, that helps the student to review his/her good, as well as bad answers during a simulated test.
